A great way to add counterweight to the niceyrig shoulder pad!

The niceyrig shoulder pad gives you an angled mount on the front, so you now have to attach grips and such to the front of the camera but without the counterweight! No, you get the point, and you can add more 15mm bars at the back to hold weights, batteries, etc!
