Doesn't ring properly, can't contact support
Most of the time it makes a thump when the bell is struck. Sometimes it rings when you turn it to the right. Most of the time it just knocks. When I realized it was defective, the return period had expired. The Rock Bros website has contact information but it's in Czech and I can't send it (although I've tried to translate it). English email address (info@rockbros.bike) throws an error that the user has exceeded the quota. Full of crap. I would look for another seller.
