No soft brushes at all!

I had a sore mouth for 5 months after buying these tips. My dental hygienist could not find anything to cause the sensitivity and mouth ulcers I have had over the 5 months of using these soft tips. I immediately bought one from a retailer for a REAL brand of soft substitutes and everything was sorted out within 10 days. ATTENTION that they are NOT soft as indicated in the description. Frida,
