High value good for me

There were important instructions on knife care on the box that were not in the printed manual. The font on the box was dark grey on black background. It was easy to miss. Perhaps merge this detail into the owner's manual.Edges were all well sharp, ground for durability. Looks were great, the holder pleasing acacia wood.There are are number of don'ts on use and handling that were new to me. They all made good sense.Overall, a superb buy!
