I do the front and back surfaces of the teeth, as well as the interdental spaces and floss. Also, use this stimulant gently along the gum line. Usually they go to the dentist every 6 months but because of Covid it doesn't seem safe yet. I've been religious about flossing, stimulants and brushing my teeth twice a day, and in fact my teeth and gums seem cleaner than at the dentist.
