It's just a thin thick toothpick that won't even fit between your teeth. It makes more sense to use dental floss or a regular toothpick. I contacted the seller to return this item as it is basic and they never responded. Don't waste money on this product.</p>

Excellent Dentist Recommended. Used for years. Removes all food particles from the interdental spaces. I use after every meal. Don't floss as heavily, so this is a great in-between option. I rarely have caries. I buy the subtle mint version. Highly recommended. I would never think of a cheap replacement
