My first impression upon opening the box is a waste as one of the jars was completely broken and we were very careful removing the pieces from the box. And also because of the current lockdown, we don't want any cuts. But I am a regular tea drinker and have been looking for a 5.4 ounce mug that is perfect for my tea. So I was forced to start with the 2nd. This is really a good product. The double wall helped not to burn your hands. As well as similar sensations when drinking cold coffee. Best feature; It's microwave which means you have to make lots of tea and heat as much as you need. However, be more careful when cleaning by hand. once cleaned by hand and the second also broken. I don't know why it's so brittle and breaks easily even though it's made of borosilicate glass.
