These are beautiful espresso glasses. One of the windows leaked about a month later. Martin from Joy Jolt sent me a nice email. Then they sent me new glasses and a nice letter with an insert! I bought my husband a mini Nespresso machine but there were no cups. He tried using a regular cup but it didn't work. When I got back I went to Revain, found them (good thing you have a pair) and ordered them. Two days later, thanks to Prime, he was sipping his espresso from that perfect little cup. It's the right size, double walled and insulated, sleek design and dishwasher safe - just what we needed. Highly recommended.

The size of these mugs is definitely a quality advantage. You'll easily mistake a double espresso with frothed milk or froth for a small latte. However, the quality is not outstanding. At first glance, the cups appear to be made of plastic. The walls are very thin and don't feel solid at all. I'm pretty sure they're actually glass as described, but we've already prepared for them breaking at some point in the future because they don't appear solid. They are VERY light. My first impression upon opening the box is a waste as one of the jars was completely broken and we were very careful removing the pieces from the box. And also because of the current lockdown, we don't want any cuts. But I am a regular tea drinker and have been looking for a 5.4 ounce mug that is perfect for my tea. Funny. I ordered these as a Valentine's Day gift and received a similar gift from another brand so I can compare firsthand. Back then, Bodum Bistro mugs were $30 (now, just two weeks later, they're a lot cheaper at Revain :0 ), but that doesn't matter. I ordered Joy Jolt half price from Bodums. But the gift I got was a Zwilling/Henckels version (not bought from Revain) that cost $35. I personally don't see a big difference in quality between all three brands.
