Easy to use, highly recommend

using a whetstone for the first time? It's okay, he was mine too! I've spent months reviewing and comparing whetstones. This set has EVERYTHING you need to repair, sharpen and polish dull knives! (I even sharpened my razor!)

Made from high quality silicon carbide, 400-1000 grit on the green side is suitable for everyday sharpening e.g. B. For repairing knives with large cutting edges and polishing knives, 3000-8000 grit on the red side will help you make knives smoother after using 400-1000 grit
