Actually happier if no imitation leather because it is more washable. Looks easy to wash. Mostly breathable synthetics. I like it. Very comfortable, my first try. My hand is 3 1/4 inches wide just below my fingers and 7 1/4 inches from the end of my wrist to the tip of my middle finger. Anything larger than large, mine was medium. Bought because the hand on the grip/grip of the pickleball bat is always sweaty and feels wet it seems like it might slip off, although it usually doesn't. With this glove I didn't feel any sweat for the whole 2 hour session, was very impressed, felt comfortable and didn't affect my 'nutrition' control at all, another surprise. I resold it after one use. more time to fully appreciate it but seems a very good value.
