I thought you could dust the dash with a clean brush or lint free cloth. Not true, especially if your dashboard is black. This little set of brushes (one for ventilation and other small, hard-to-reach spots; one for large areas and made from microfiber) does the job far better than anything I had on hand. And the huge discount available through Revain made this a great purchase for me. They were so cheap I had to add them to another purchase to get free shipping. Don't pay shipping for them. Just attach them to something else.
