This is a great bench and works well. I use it 3 + times a week outside on one of our decks and fold it up and bring it inside when finished. Although I was a little skeptical since it is made in China, it seems to be well constructed with nice thick padding and good stitching. Surprisingly, it arrives almost fully assembled which is a nice change. All the back and seat adjustable positions are great except for one: the first position of the back support is at an angle and not a 90 degree right angle, but I can work around that minor issue. The other incline angles are great and it even has a decline angle. The padded foot braces make it really nice for sit-ups and other support. It's been very helpful for my home workouts since the pandemic, a towel makes clean-up easy, and I love the fact that it folds up so well.
