I am the first to admit, I loved this product for awhile. The cords lasted me a long time and were reliable. I speak in last tense because recently the same cord I've used for months, with the same outlet adapter that came with my phone in which I've used for months gave me a very serious issue. One night I came home from work and the cord was hot to the touch and was smoking. I fear that if I had came home any later, a fire would've started. 3 stars are for the long time I had the cord, but it deserves less for safety reasons
