Partially working. The block is made of plastic and is very flexible so the block will move when you drill it with a hand drill. There is no way to press it firmly onto the board, so when drilling you have to hold the drill jig with one hand and the drill bit with the other so that the device moves and the holes are not in the intended place. I've used it to make some simple pins but the results weren't as good as I expected. I got it thinking it would be ok for the limited use I have, but I was wrong. Now I prefer to buy a device that can be hardwired to the board.
