Our measurements for reference are:5'3", 140 lbs., shoulders 17, bust 39, bra 38C, underbust 33, waist 33, hips 39. We ordered a size Large per the size chart. Unfortunately, the Large is very baggy on us despite the size chart saying it was appropriate based on our waist size. Such is life.As far as being a base layer, we like the light blue heather color very much. The fabric is soft and stretchy. The legs are plenty long on our petite frame. I think if we had gotten the next size smaller, we would have hit a home run.
