Just buy a tusk: Handguards
To be honest, they're not terrible. You yourself are relatively muscular and strong. However the hardware and brackets are pretty flimsy and don't hold up very well, are easy to remove and with a few drops in the sand the clutch side guard slipped and pinched my clutch keeping it closed in a race that cost me my time. I had to fix this several times and then replaced them with Tusk Guards.
