We give the projector 5 stars but have yet to try it. We encountered some problems, the package is lost, then arrives with damaged boxes, and then the plug is missing for us to use. We've been waiting over a month to try this! Other than that - Abby's customer service was amazing. When she found out the package was missing, she immediately ordered a new projector and shipped it to us the next day. We were very happy with the response time and know we can count on them to answer our future questions! Will post again once we get it working! Return! We had to get our own cable but we finally got it working. The picture is excellent if you adjust the quality. The family loves the movie, the feeling it gave us!
