This is one of those companies where if they would stop trying to market themselves as a business consulting firm, they might actually start earning money.

This is one of those companies where if they would stop trying to market themselves as a business consulting firm, they might actually start earning money. The biggest problem is that they charge a premium for their products because they use high end technology and consultants. The technology is outdated and expensive. There is also a perception that the consulting is "cheap" since they don't require you to pay a consultant fee, however the consulting is still very costly and often does not provide the results that are promised. Overall, there is a good deal of potential, but the company needs to focus less on marketing and more on improving their products and getting rid of the consultants that are currently charging exorbitant rates. If they could lower their prices, reduce their costs and improve the quality of their products, the company would likely see increased sales and profits.
