Review on NewLeaf Vet by Alexander Scharon

I love how it allows me access from anywhere with an internet connection even if i am not at my office! The fact they are constantly updating their platform makes things easier for us as vets who use this software every day!! It would be nice though when we have problems there support team could answer them faster than waiting 48hrs or so before getting replied by email/text message (we live in different countries). If anyone needs vet info online look no further - its great. Also being able t download all our patient information into one place which saves time & effort of having multiple files etc saved up everywhere- I love how simple it was to use. It's easy for clients as well! The interface isn't very friendly if you're not used to using software in general. You can get confused with all of the buttons and menus. It takes some time to learn but once you do you'll be fine. We've been able to automate our billing process which has made things much easier.
