This was delivered without a box, only a shipping label was stuck on the product. There are no clear instructions on how to remove the air intake cover for cleaning. Haven't been able to remove it yet. There are no instructions on how to use the 3 attachments, for which hair type, or for what results. There is no information on how the Cool Burst button works or what it does. So far I see no difference between clicking or not clicking this button. A plus, now it blows warm air.
