That's exactly what we were looking for. I bought this for my son. We live in Washington and experience a lot of rain. I wanted a light raincoat that he could wear over a sweater as it's fall and not that cold yet. It worked great and I would definitely recommend it. Although it's quite thin I wouldn't buy it if you're looking for a warmer raincoat.
