Broken. 2 separate necklaces in one order.

Ordered in red and black for a photoshoot at the end of March. Eventually, while collecting accessories, I untied the red necklace and it broke. The big stone is missing. In a panic I opened the black one I bought and it broke too. And of course, I only missed the return window because I was in no hurry to put it on.
