Excellent battery life and sound clarity. The device does not have a built-in volume control like other devices and also comes without any instructions. The memory foam tip is a revelation! I am buying a box of these to use on all my other devices! My biggest problem with this device is the lack of comfort. The shape of the curve is uncomfortable and keeps sticking out from behind my ear. Additionally, the protrusion inserted into the ear is at a 90-degree angle to the rest of the device. I've found (through trial and error) that 45 degrees is the ONLY comfortable angle for me. It is so important! I will use this device but I will continue to use yuwiss y-6. It's more comfortable to wear, there are volume buttons, and with the second (included) battery, the talk time is almost the same as this one. I will replace the lace with memory foam!
