I used 14mm on a thru hub. 235 pounds bouncing on a 5 foot lever, no wrench damage!

I had to remove an old snap-in hub from my road bike to replace it. I had to use a 5ft steel rod on the short end of the wrench to loosen it. There were moments when I hopped on the bar with a weight of 235 pounds. The 14mm key was not structurally damaged during the operation. The black oxide finish is worn around the edges of the pages, but the metal hasn't been damaged or rounded. Definitely made of high quality chrome vanadium alloy steel!
