is it real in Printer Parts & Supplies

I ordered this ink thinking it was a factory brand originally made for my printer. My printer keeps getting a message that ink cartridges are not allowed for this printer. I've never had this problem with cartridges purchased from major stores or the printer's website. The cartridges fit and work. It's just a pop-up message that's annoying.
