Easy to assemble, very strong. It takes a bit of work to get the exact values needed, but to be honest it's a very minor issue. I have a glass desk and was trying to find a monitor stand that attaches to the back of the desk but couldn't find the right one. Most stands are either too big or too small and now that I'm working from home I've had to fit two laptops and four monitors on the same table. This stand does exactly what I need it for, and it's heavy enough that I don't have to worry about my cats knocking it over. I'd really like to change the spacing between the shelves so my laptop fits between the shelves and not in the front, but that's a bit of an issue for me.
