Such a disappointment

This frame is very cheap plastic. The "glass" is a thin sheet of plastic and the personalization is yes, horrible plastic-y letter. It was just too awful to gift to my son.

I paid extra for it to arrive before Christmas. It did not. The wording was supposed to be horizontal not vertical. Total waste, not presentable as a gift.
