Love this item! My husband loves this! It's easy to clean and very convenient for preparing meals for the whole family at once. It's durable but not bulky. We've made toast, pancakes, hot dogs, burgers, grilled green beans, grilled ham, arepe, toasted tofu, grilled cheese, and omelettes since we got it about a week ago. We have a gas stove so we set it to 2 burners and heat them to the same flame. Heat distribution is better than an electric skillet, but clearly not perfect. The center stays slightly cooler than the ends just above the flame. For even cooking, we rotate items in the hottest areas when flipped. Between this thing and my instant pot, I barely touched my other pots and pans. 20/10 recommend.
