Mechanically the unit works perfectly. As for correct installation, no. We had a rainy month. I left the window open and my original switch was destroyed. Found this one online. Was a great price compared to others and even used an original part. A sunny day has come. I went to install it and found that it was larger than the original part and one of the two screw holes was misaligned. I didn't have time to return it so I had to install it. I'm sick of the rain while driving and the need to seal the windows with plastic during a downpour. I installed it and it's there, but when I raise and lower the rear window the buttons want to sink into the armrest. So I have to be light so as not to damage the one screw holding it. But it works, that's my point.
