Received this Saturday, looks great and roomy. This is not a problem. I downloaded the laptop and files and am taking it on a business trip today. Imagine how worried I get when, while walking, the shoulder strap comes loose and the bag falls to the ground. Not once but 3 times in less than 5 hours. The hooks just pop off, I don't know if it's because of the weight or the design, but that's unacceptable. The problem is that the hooks (clasps) of the shoulder straps are not fastened, so when the movement of the bag rests on that part of the hook, the bag will come loose. FATAL ERROR
