It feels premium, but it's not.

At first I was VERY excited about this item. My 12 year old dog has osteoarthritis of the hip and needs urgent help getting into my SUV. We used it THREE times before the thread holding the steps in the joints snapped under my dog's paw and he almost passed out! She would have been seriously hurt if I hadn't been there to catch her. In fact, I would like to get a refund as I got almost no benefit from it. It may be better to use a step that is not a fabric frame. and just take up extra space. I'm not sure why they had to be so cheaply threaded. Very sadly disappointed.
