Comfortable but very short lifespan

I've had one of these for five years and really liked it, especially the little extra neck support pillow on top. It's the same brand and looks the same as my old one, but unfortunately this one only lasted a few months before it started deflating. It is also very difficult to close the valve once it is filled with air. It's too late to return it and I hesitate to buy another one after this bad experience.
