My 05 built dmax didnt seem to show any improvement. Took a 2100 mile trip to the rockies and back so I burned up 6 tanks of fuel and did the same trip last year and I had to fill up at the same locations and I didn't have any additives last year. Maybe does things for other vehicles but I could have spent the 50 dollars on something better for my dmax.
