Love love love my boat. I used it as soon as I could get it out of the box. After reading the description I was sure that it was high quality stainless steel, which was necessary. "Another pleasant surprise is that it is lightweight and easy to use. I wasn't sure about the handles on either side of the pot, but I found them really helped with handling. The steamer is roomy and much better than the steamer basket I used to put in the pot. I am very happy with my purchase. Incidentally, the pot was available at another store for about the same price without the steamer. Thanks for a well thought out product.
