Not very good sound or picture

I have a Video Vision Productions company that converts old 8mm High 8 film, VHS and other tape formats so customers can play them on large TVs . I put all these files on my hard drive and then viewed them with a media player. The size of this device seems optimal as it is the same size as an external portable hard drive. package because they are the same size. When I set it up for a client to view its files, I ran into the following problems: I had a client with an old Sony Kinescope TV and the AV cable would not connect and nothing would show on the TV. I have two such devices, I tried them both and neither of them showed video on TV. 2 - Then the quality of the video matters and it doesn't look as sharp and crisp as it does on my computer. 3 - I was also converting an audio recording of a woman's life story that she recorded for her daughter and the audio I just couldn't get very loud and it was a bit blurry. So I decided to go back to the smaller device I used before the Micca MPLAY HD. 1080P mini player. This device is much smaller than an external hard drive, but its video quality is better, and the quality of the audio coming from her mother's recording, we were able to adjust the volume loud and clear instead of blurry. So my take on this particular device is that it's very low quality and if you want something that works really well, get the Micca MPLAY HD Mini 1080P player. You will be much happier, it costs more but it fully justifies the price difference.
