Excellent knife, best cutlery and knife accessories
I received this knife for Christmas a few days ago. I'm surprised at how sharp the blade is right out of the box. I had no problem slicing the large steaks I cooked for dinner. The knife is well balanced and very comfortable to use. The size is perfect for my needs right now, but I think I'll be buying some of the other knives Dexter-Russell makes. I also really appreciate that this product is made here in the USA, which is too rare these days. I will recommend this knife to my friends and family.
