My mom keeps losing her keys. She throws them between the car seat and the console. She leaves them in the pockets of her coat and pants. She's got one of those purses that's a confirmed black hole. We're always looking for their keys, and this device has found them more times than I can count. The trick is to check the batteries regularly. Normally I change the batteries and accumulators in our key fobs, like on an assembly line - every 3 months. That way I know the batteries are fresh in both and everything is working. This is a great product. The only problem is that I lost the battery cover on one of the key fobs. Luckily we only use 3 of them. If something goes wrong I would buy this product again.
