Review on 🎵 Audio Technica ATN3600L Replacement Needle for AT LP60 Turntable by Roy Reeves

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great sounding pen!

Great sounding pen. I recently bought a new Audio Technica AT-LP60 turntable and while the stock stylus sounded good, the new stylus definitely sounds great. It's definitely an upgrade from the stylus that comes with the player. This stylus really brings out the mids and highs in the music while amplifying the lows. On some tracks, the bass sounded muddy with the original needle and the vocals were a bit dull at times. With this stylus you will really notice a huge improvement in all frequencies. Changing the stylus on the Audio Technica AT-LP60 is very easy. Simply hold the tonearm cartridge with one hand and at the same time use the other hand to pull the stylus body forward and down. The needle body comes straight out of the cartridge holder. When installing a new pen, simply reverse the movement. There is a small hook on the back of the needle body that secures the cartridge. Push the needle body up at an angle until the hook catches the cartridge, then push the needle body up and in at the same time. The body snaps. There should be no gap between the top of the stylus body and the bottom of the tonearm head when the stylus is installed correctly. With a little practice, this entire needle changing process should take about 30 seconds or less. I bought this stylus with the turntable just to compare the sound and it's definitely worth spending a few bucks more to upgrade the stylus. I also received a genuine Audio Technica stylus (as pictured) and not some sort of knockoff as others have claimed. I highly recommend purchasing this stylus when purchasing an Audio Technica AT-LP60 turntable. This is a very cheap and worthwhile upgrade.
