Review on 🎧 TV Ears Replacement Wireless Headset for TV Ears Original, Digital, and Dual Digital - Model 11621 by Brian Potter

I really liked this product and had absolutely no complaints whatsoever until I had to order replacement ear tips. The new ones don't look like the originals at all. They were hard plastic, very uncomfortable and broke into pieces within a few weeks. I called on March 11th to complain. The person I spoke to was very personable. I told him I needed the earbuds now and he assured me that he would place an order for me the same day and ship them right away. It's April 30th and I have nothing. I was unable to use the product for about 6 weeks due to a broken promise. While I think they have a good product that fills a need, their follow-up services are terrible and I strongly suggest you look for an alternative solution to your problems, a different product.
