OXO Pastry Mat sticks well to countertops without sticking to food
Tried Folksy Super Kitchen and OXO for comparison. The OXO stuck to the table better but could still handle food (of course this may depend on the material of your table top) and is fairly easy to clean. The OXO is slightly thinner than the Folksy Super Kitchen Mat making it more difficult to use overall, but in my opinion its performance outweighs it. really speak. But considering how sticky the dough can be as long as it does its job well.
