Energy suspension fits just right. Installation was a little labor intensive, but no more than you would expect given removing/lifting the cab from the frame. I used the recommended assembly grease. I think it should help with assembly by holding the pieces together, but more importantly it eliminates creaks and such. I would advise you to wear gloves. By that I mean you must wear gloves. This is a super sticky viscous goo. A good thing. The real body mounts snap right where the bad ones fell out. I'm a master mechanic for shade trees. The whole job took 4 1/2 hours not counting setting out tools and such. I alternately tightened the mounting bolts to 60 pounds. I have to say the finish and fit of the Energy Suspension components is top notch, but I have to say the Ford now rides a lot harder than the Ford OEM mounts. I am very happy with Energy Suspension's body mount kit and would recommend getting a tube of mounting lube. I would definitely buy again.
