I often line my oven with a specialty baking sheet or plain aluminum foil, but after recently cleaning my oven I decided I needed something heartier than my standard silver sheet liner. I ordered them before Thanksgiving and tested them the day before and the day before. My oven was at at least 350 degrees for 12 hours one day and 6 hours the next. The carpet fits perfectly. No wrinkling or warping from the heat, no melting, and thanks to the liner, my bubbling buttered sweet potato casserole with pecans and marshmallows didn't leave a mess in my oven. Once the oven had cooled, the crispy baked mush was immediately shaken off and the mat returned to the oven! I thought there might be a problem with the packaging as the mats arrived rolled up very tightly. However, right out of the box they lay perfectly flat and ready to use. I don't know how often I'll have to replace them, but since they come in a set of three I'm ready to go. right now. One is in my oven and the other is in the oven drawer where my flat baking sheets are. So far I'm loving these for my oven!
