. Model errors or problems. That's totally wrong. This charger will not work with Shark models which are ok. You must have a special lithium-ion battery charger with precise power. After this charger didn't work and I sent it back, I contacted the sharks and got the charger from them. Plugged in and started charging the battery straight away, no issues or issues. So it's not a vacuum, in other words it's not charging them. So don't waste your time if you get it because of this reason. Go straight to Shark and get it (yes, pay another $10 or so) and it will work with your device.
