When I went to register my belts I was told that my serial number was invalid. I saw other reviews of the same experience. I've also seen people say it must have been fake since the serial number wasn't on the hologram sticker. There are several websites that discuss fake TRX wristbands and say they should be on a hologram sticker, but that's not true. Mine looks the same as the other pics people have posted. I also noticed that the serial number on the box is different than the one on my straps. I emailed the official TRX company with a picture of a card with a passcode, a picture of a serial number on my strap and a different serial number on my box and they replied to me in less than 24 hours that they have the IT would notify and update the serial number of my straps in your system. For some reason the serial number on my straps wasn't showing as sold, maybe there was a problem with the scan on the Revain, or the contents were put in the wrong box, or something. I think if I tried the serial number on the box it would probably work, but I didn't want to register a bunch of straps I didn't have. So don't think you have a fake. Email the company with the picture of the serial number on your straps and they will update their system.
