If you're like me here you probably buy these pants as part of your school uniform. I have bought about 10 of these pants for my sons school uniforms over the past two years. . They fit well but don't last well. My 5 year old picks them up pretty quickly and they always end up with worn out knees. If your child is a bit older and less rough at play, they will work. But we've tried several different brands (and paid a little more) for some that last longer. As far as fit goes, these are uniform pants, so they fit more like "trousers" than pants. I would not buy them as part of my son's everyday wear. They are too bulky for normal carrying. We only use them as uniforms.
