Suitable for induction hobs
I bought this product as a gift so I can't write much about the performance as I won't be using it. The only thing that worried me was if it would work with an induction electric stove. That was the only reason I ordered this item because the friend I'm gifting it to only has an induction electric stovetop. I had already ordered this item when I saw a review from someone saying it didn't work with induction. I asked my friend to try it as soon as he got it and IT WORKS ON INDUCTION! Hooray! I'm happy.
- ☞ Base for induction hobs: working with electric, induction and glass ceramics. I recommend cooking on low or medium heat on gas for long term use.
