Review on 🔌 Efficient Proctor Silex 1 Liter Electric Kettle: Auto-Shutoff, Boil-Dry Protection, Tea & Water, White (K2070Y) by John Boyce

I bought this along with the French Coffee Press that I bought. I wanted to quickly boil water for a coffee maker. I drink a lot of coffee - so I use this product at least 3 times a day - and more often when I have company. I was particularly interested in the design, which makes measuring contents easy, the safety features to prevent burns, and the excellent spout design that pours without dripping or creating a splattering effect. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves fine French pressed coffee or just strong and tasty coffee or tea. I use bottled spring water because I live in a hard water state and don't want any build up on the heating coil or in this pitcher. I've been using it for about 2 months now and I love it. It is safe as it shuts off almost immediately after reaching a good boiling point. It's well insulated so water boils long enough to make a coffee press. It's easy to unplug this pitcher so I can pour out the water without worrying about the cord. It can be served at the table and poured there at will. It is beautifully designed and the water level window is clearly visible on both sides of the jug. I highly recommend it.
