Review on 🚲 V VONTOX Bike Light Set: 1200 Lumens, Waterproof, Rechargeable Battery by Jose Haskin

NOTE. I had 2 of these, bought the second one for someone else because the light seemed to work. After about a year and charging twice a week via USB, the headlight failed. Nothing lights up when I charge it and it won't charge. Should last longer. I will not buy again. Below is my first review. I use a lot of bike lights. I drive at least 35 minutes every day before sunrise and use daytime running lights in flash mode for 2 hours every weekend. Good headlight when used in normal lighting mode. I love that it has a mount that stays on the bike when you take the light off to charge. The bracket should last longer than some other headlights that come with an elastic rubber band (like the tail light, too bad it doesn't look like that headlight as my tape broke after 6 months). In normal lighting mode, the battery lasts about 1.5-2.0 hours. It seems to me that the headlight fails in flash mode: it's really a flash, not a nice flashing light. It's annoying and I can see it bothering people who approach me. I'm not sure what the manufacturer thought about this flash mode. Not good. The tail light is ok. The light itself is good. Serviced as intended but should have had a mount that stays on the bike, not a rubber mount that breaks. Removed and reinstalled 2-3 times a week. The light is late and the mount is cheap. I am currently using a headlamp in normal light mode on a bike that I ride in the dark. Good light for that. At the moment the rear light has been replaced. Hope that helps.
