I ordered the first time and the item arrived scratched and broken. I returned it and ordered a new one. It arrived with missing bolts and screws. Make another return and order again. My main shipment got lost in the mail. It's been 2 weeks and she's still Mia. I've ordered it for the 4th time and upon fitting it noticed that half of the parts that come with the screw are missing AGAIN. I had to go to the hardware store to buy them because I no longer had the strength to go through the return process. The part is ok for the price but wow was that a hot mess.
