I bought this soundbar adapter on my Jeep Wrangler because I was replacing the factory speakers with a set of 6.5" Rockfords. Picture 1 shows as you can see the 6.5 does not match the soundbar factory grille, then after a few modifications to the adapter I was able to mount the 6.5 speaker perfectly and match it to the soundbar factory grille for a great result. I've also added some Hxtape foam to eliminate any possible noise or rattle and this is just perfect if you buy this note you may need to make a few small cuts in the plastic to accommodate the speakers and vehicle, customize what you are working on. This worked great for me!
